A planner for neurodivergent brains, built by one.
I’m Brad, a software engineer with ADHD and Autism. More than a decade and about 15 systems later, Rhythmos is what survived. It bends when your day does. No guilt. No shame.
Launch news and the occasional real update, never more than once a month. No spam, no list-sharing.
Built around how neurodivergent brains actually work.
Every feature exists to answer one question. What should I do next? Nothing more, nothing less.
-
One-tap rescue
When the day slips, Rescue is one tap away on your Today screen. Pick a reset (Auto-Schedule the day, Start From Now, shift everything back, or push the rest to tomorrow), preview the change, and apply it. The app adjusts to you, never the other way around.
-
Focus Mode
One task. One timer. Subtask checkboxes. Pause, skip, or grab more time. A notification tells you when time’s up, even when the app isn’t open.
-
From brain-dump to tasks
Brain-dump or paste a plan and Rhythmos turns it into tasks, breaks big ones down, estimates durations, and can suggest times for your day. A photo of a handwritten list works too.
-
Plan tomorrow tonight, the 1-3-5 way
One major task. Three medium ones. Five small wins. Built around how ADHD attention actually budgets: not ‘what should I do all day,’ but ‘what are the nine things that matter most.’
-
Routines without rigidity
Morning, work and evening routines. Mark steps optional; skip one and the rest carry on. Starter routines included.

For ‘I can’t start’ and ‘I can’t decide’ (Premium)
Three small agents work beside you: Body Double checks in during focus so you’re not working alone. Decision Helper picks the next task when everything feels equal. Task Initiation breaks ‘I can’t start’ into 3–5 tiny first steps.

For the messages that wreck your afternoon (Premium)
Paste in the message that’s been sitting in your chest all afternoon. Rhythmos gives you a few possible readings, most likely first, and three reply drafts you can edit. A calibration check shows how yours might land. Especially useful when RSD makes a one-word reply feel like a verdict. Turn it on in Settings.

Goals across ten life domains
Ten life domains: career, health, relationships, and more. Eight time horizons, from today to a lifetime. Goals nest under bigger goals, and tasks can link to the goal they serve. Your first goal is free.

I tried everything first.
Paper journals, simple at first, then elaborate. Text files. Todoist, where I checked off 25,202 tasks. Then a patchwork of apps where each one did the 30% I needed, carried 70% I didn’t, and none of them talked to each other.
So I started building. Three Android prototypes, about 15 systems in all. Rhythmos is what survived: one system where everything actually works together.
Independent and self-funded. Rhythmos is built with the neurodivergent community, and what you ask for shapes what comes next.
